We design and create experiences full of wonder, transforming an environment sculpturally and spatially to enhance the ambience of a space, weaving nature into the very being of your event.
We use our Fine Art training, as well as our event and floristry experience, to design, carefully curate and bring to life, one-of-a-kind event design, engaging installation artworks & immersive spatial experiences.

Our speciality is in transforming spaces with a spatial or installation art response, working with natural materials on a large-scale, to enrich the experience of a whole space on many levels. We love to create landscape-like environments and nature-connected experiences across a site…

Our site-specific event work goes beyond local flowers, using botanical (and mixed-media) materials as our artistic mediums; and we can include styling, lighting & furniture direction in our place-led responses, addressing and enhancing the functionality of an environment, as well as the atmosphere.
Contributing to a flourishing environment and working with the sensitive use of the bounty of local natural materials around us, letting our materials lead, is at the forefront of our creative work. Our botanical creations are free-flowing and organic in form, often consisting of multiple elements across a site. And you can rest assured that all our creative output is holistic; foam and plastic free, seasonal, sourced from growers within an hour of the studio, with ethical use of natural materials and any packaging or vessels. 

As a studio we are committed to shaping an authentic visual language of “this place”, that speaks of here; this landscape, our region (The Southern Vales and Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia) and the seasons within it. 
From intimate tableaus to grand installation artworks, we create botanically inspired responses that go beyond your needs and believe your celebrations deserve to be remarkable. We craft one-of-a-kind and conceptually led responses that are both meaningful and beautiful, whilst highlighting how unique our local environment is. Catering to festivals, performances, weddings, funerals and other events, we offer an entirely individual artist-led experience for every client.

We know and have worked with many of the amazing spaces, venues and landscapes around McLaren Vale and the greater Fleurieu, and would love to shape something sensitive to your brief, authentically local and utterly magical with you, for your next event or celebration.

We also offer seasonal (non-spatial) event botanicals in our Harvest Studio signature style , for smaller scale investments with less complexity, via our front of house flowersmiths and botanical artists.

What we do for you…

Once you have kindly submitted your details to us via an enquiry form, we will contact you shortly to discuss your bespoke event response. We aim to answer enquiries within 48hrs of our working week and our main days for greater administrative tasks are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Our event botanical offerings include correspondence and/or meetings, an experienced artistic response to your brief/ context/ site (with over 30 years of visual arts offerings), detailed design and planning, specialised sourcing, harvesting and curating of unique local materials, creation of your sculptural and/or spatial botanicals with much care, creativity and attention to detail, and packaging for any pick-up or transport.

Delivery, vessel hire, any set-up or styling, and installation of any spatial elements and bump-out will be costed as required.

We include a contingency amount in our spatial event responses, so we can refine and adapt the offering as we go, to make the best possible choices to achieve your desired outcome in that given week or context, no matter what (the weather, different set-up constraints etc.). Nature is ultimately in charge…and our materials, different every time, inform the outcome of our work. We want to allow the natural world to shine in our work, to create experiences of wonder and connection for you and your guests.
