An experienced and utterly individual artisan response to your brief, context and site; detailed planning and project management; specialised sourcing, harvesting and curating of unique, local materials; creation of your sculptural botanicals with much care, artistry and attention to detail; packaging for delivery (or pick-up); and a cohesive holistic approach that is environmentally, culturally, socially & economically considered.

Please note that we only work on a small number of spatial weddings each year so as to focus proper attention on bringing them to life, and to allow us to work creatively on these never-to-be-repeated projects.

Scale of offerings:

Monumental scale or Lush, immersive installation art response 13,000+ (plus GST)

Immersive spatial response (more elements) 11,000+ (plus GST)

Lush site-specific response 8,000+ (plus GST)

Simple site-specific 6,000+ (plus GST)

After completing your enquiry form, we will be in touch to confirm we are available, and to book a site-visit/ meeting with you to discuss and plan your spatial wedding experience / botanical response further. We ask a 30% deposit to secure your date, or, a meeting can be booked before the deposit is paid, with a meeting fee of $110 (that comes off your final spend when you book with us).

After the initial site-visit/ meeting, upon receipt of your deposit, we will summarise our concept design and spatial/ whole-site response. Closer to your day, we will have a final confirmation check-in with you, as we begin our planning and sourcing around one month prior to your event.

Reference images of our work may be submitted as inspiration, though please note that we always create one-of-a-kind responses to specific briefs, during different seasons, to give every client a unique response for their special day. 

Please peruse our website or social media to make sure you are familiar with the way that we work, including our holistic ethos and our materials-led sculptural and organic forms.

We include a contingency budget in our spatial event responses, so we can refine or adapt elements as we go and make the best possible choices for the desired outcome in that given week or context.

Please note our Terms & Conditions:

*Your date is secured once a deposit is paid

*Additional meetings and onsite visits (aside from those outlined above) will be costed at 110 per hr (plus any travel). Email correspondence is welcome throughout the project

*One requote/rework of the original brief is included in our budgets (due 4 weeks before your day) and any further quoting and changes are charged at 110 per hr

*Delivery, set-up/ styling, vessel hire, installation of any spatial elements, any relocating of works and bump-out will be costed as required

*Upon payment of your deposit, you agree that our botanical elements will be the only ones at your event – we put our heart and soul and much effort into creating artistic, one-of-a-kind botanical responses, and wish for them to be seen at their best (and not confused with any other contributions)

* Deposits are transferable and non-refundable

  • Please note, events taking place on a Sunday or public holiday (or falling within scheduled studio holiday breaks) attract a labour surcharge
